At Bad Bad Marketing, we stand behind our merchandise quality. While we celebrate marketing fails on our blog, we don’t tolerate them in our customer service. Our goal is to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase and willing to recommend us to a friend.

RETURN POLICY

Eligible Items

– All unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

– Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

 

Non-Eligible Items

– Digital products, including downloadable resources and guides

– Customized or personalized merchandise

– Discounted or sale items marked as “final sale”

– Items damaged due to customer misuse

REFUND PROCESS

Initiate Your Return: Email support@badbadmarketing.com with your order number and reason for return.

Confirmation: You’ll receive return authorization and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

Ship the Item: Return the merchandise using the shipping method specified in your return instructions.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

REFUND METHODS

– Original payment will be refunded to method of payment for the full purchase price.

– Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

– If you received free shipping through a promotion, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, please return your item following our return process and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

– Contact us at support@badbadmarketing.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

– Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged/defective merchandise.

– We’ll ship a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
